End-User License Agreement

1. Grant of License

• Download, install, and use the Software on a single device that you own or control.
• Access and use the Software solely for personal or business purposes as permitted by this Agreement.

You acknowledge and agree that this license does not transfer ownership of the Software or any intellectual property rights to you.

2. Restrictions

• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
• Use the Software for unlawful purposes or in violation of any local, state, or international laws.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Software.
• Copy or distribute the Software or any of its components, except as expressly permitted by this Agreement.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, including copyright and trademark notices, within the Software.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including but not limited to all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Idursoft and its licensors. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights to the Software.

4. Updates and Modifications

• Idursoft may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Software for performance improvements, bug fixes, or new features.
• You may be required to install updates to continue using the Software. Failure to update may result in reduced functionality or inability to use the Software.

Updates may modify or remove certain features and functionality. Idursoft has no obligation to provide future updates or maintain compatibility with older devices or operating systems.

5. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Software is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Software, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling the Software and deleting all associated files.

Idursoft reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and your license to use the Software immediately if you violate any terms of this Agreement or engage in unauthorized use of the Software.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies from your devices.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Idursoft does not warrant that:

• The Software will meet your requirements.
• The Software will operate uninterrupted or error-free.
• The Software will be free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Idursoft shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities.
• Damages related to your use or inability to use the Software, even if Idursoft has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In jurisdictions that do not allow limitations on liability, Idursoft's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution:

1. Informal Resolution: In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact Idursoft to resolve the issue informally.
2. Arbitration: If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration body.
3. Jurisdiction: Any legal proceedings arising under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Indonesia.

10. Third-Party Services

The Software may include integrations or links to third-party services or content. Idursoft is not responsible for third-party content or services. Your interaction with third-party services is subject to their terms of use and privacy policies.

11. Changes to this Agreement

Idursoft reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Updates will be posted on https://idursoft.biz.id or within the Software. Continued use of the Software after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.

12. Modification of Terms

Licensor reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes. Continued use of the Software following such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Third-Party Services

The Software may integrate with third-party services. Use of such services is subject to their respective terms and conditions, which are separate from this Agreement. Licensor is not responsible for any third-party services accessed through the Software.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Licensor from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising from your use of the Software or violation of this Agreement.

15. Export Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export laws and restrictions and regulations and not to export or re-export the Software to countries or persons prohibited under export laws.

16. Third-Party Software

The Software incorporates certain open-source components, each of which has its own copyright and license terms.

17. Google Services

The Software uses Google services including such as Firebase and Google Sign-In. By using these features, you agree to the Google Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

The Software includes barcode/QR code scanning functionality. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to scan any codes and for the consequences of accessing any content through scanning.

18. Device Permissions

The Software requires certain device permissions to function properly, including but not limited to: storage access, camera access, and Bluetooth connectivity. You can revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings, but doing so may limit the functionality of the Software.

19. Hardware Compatibility

The Software supports thermal printing via Bluetooth, USB, and Wi-Fi. It also supports barcode scanners via Bluetooth, Wireless 2.4G, and USB cable connection. However, we do not guarantee compatibility with all printer or barcode scanner models. The Software also supports cash drawer integration, but compatibility with all cash drawer models is not guaranteed.

20. Local Data Storage

The Software stores certain data locally on your device, including but not limited to user preferences, cached data, and transaction records. You can clear this data through the application settings or your device settings.

21. Image Processing

The Software allows you to select and process images. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any images used within the application.

23. Acknowledgment

By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
